To ensure the highest level of food safety, we send our eggs for independent laboratory testing twice a year.
Our most recent results confirm that our eggs are:

  • Free from Salmonella

  • Free from E. coli

  • Free from Listeria monocytogenes

  • Free from Staphylococcus aureus

  • Free from Coliform & Bacillus cereus

Every test is conducted by an accredited laboratory using FDA-BAM methods for reliability and accuracy.

Officially certified for humane and ethical free-range chicken care by our appointed veterinarian.
This certification confirms that our hens:
